- Supervise day-to-day activities of electrical engineering staff.
- Mentor team members in technical skills and support their professional development.
- Serve as a senior resource for complex electrical design and problem solving.
- Manage projects of varying size and complexity from concept through construction completion.
- Coordinate closely with in-house multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
- Interface directly with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet codes, standards, and client expectations.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership in project execution, guiding teams through all phases of design and construction.
- Ensure overall project success through effective communication, organization, and technical excellence.
- Proficiency in electrical design and engineering.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
