PGS Worldwide is seeking an Engineering Test Technician in Orlando, FL for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.
The Engineering Test Technician will provide advanced technical support to engineers by gathering and analyzing technical data, conducting and recording test activities, supporting stress testing on eCASS and SSR systems, and producing engineering documentation, reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics. This role requires hands-on engineering test experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and experience with C# and Git.

What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to engineers on non-routine and moderately complex assignments.
- Gather, compile, format, and analyze technical data.
- Conduct and document engineering test activities.
- Support stress testing on eCASS and SSR systems.
- Perform mathematical calculations and preliminary data analysis.
- Interpret test data and engineering data to support technical decisions.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, drawings, schematics, flow charts, and block diagrams.
- Use software tools to analyze data and generate reports.
- Research technical assignments and recommend improvements when appropriate.
- Support engineering evaluations, analysis, and project activities.
- Provide direction to junior personnel or technicians when needed.
Pay
- $25.00–$30.00/hour
