What You Will Be Doing- Perform RF and sensor testing in an engineering use‑only testing environment.
- Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports.
- Organize RF data, conduct reviews, and perform health checks of anechoic chambers.
- Coordinate with program leads on testing activities, support lab workflow, and manage job requests.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related STEM field.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience in RF sensor data analysis, signal processing, and related aerospace/defense work.
- Proficiency in MATLAB (tool development, scripting, code review, etc.).
- Knowledge of antenna theory, RF sensors, RF front‑end architectures, signal and digital processing, and sensing modalities.
- Familiarity with algorithm design, including RF signal and digital processing algorithms such as CFAR/detection, False Alarm Rate, waveform/PRF selection, variable range resolution, scheduling/resource management, trackers, Kalman filters, optimization, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem hardware/software components and capabilities.
- Experience with radar systems.
- IRAD test experience.
- Experience with antenna and sensor RF testing/troubleshooting.
- Strong programming abilities, particularly in Python.
