Senior Mechanical Engineer PE – Hybrid (Hybrid Work)
Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 per year

Job DescriptionThe firm seeks a Mid to Senior Level Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Commercial and Healthcare projects. Responsibilities include leading mechanical design efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high‑quality solutions for complex building systems.
Responsibilities- Lead HVAC design from concept to construction completion.
- Coordinate HVAC design requirements with architecture, structure, and other disciplines.
- Prepare engineering calculations, system layouts, detailed reports, and narratives.
- Engage with clients, fostering relationships and assisting in project objectives and documentation.
- Support business development initiatives, including RFP processes and interview support.
- Actively engage in community and/or industry-specific organizations.
- PE License Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET‑Accredited institution.
- 8 to 10+ years of experience with MEP or Engineering Consulting firm designing HVAC for complex projects.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proven project experience in Commercial and Healthcare sectors.
- Security Clearance Preferred (not required).
- Experience and interest in Sustainable Building Design.
- LEED AP or LEED GA with participation in LEED or other green rating system processes.
