Right of Way Mapping Technician

Location:

Central Florida. Remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities available.

Work in a team environment assisting in right‑of‑way control surveys, right‑of‑way maps, sketches of description, boundary, and specific purpose surveys. The position offers opportunity for advancement for motivated individuals willing to learn the necessary skills and technology.

• Assist the Mapping Manager with all aspects of CAD and map preparation.
• Review field notes for information necessary to prepare maps.
• Prepare alignment references and Certified Corner Record (CCR) forms.
• Perform deed, plat, and document research, title and easement review.
• Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations.
• Prepare Control Survey, Right‑of‑Way Map, Sketch of Description and Boundary survey deliverables.

• Three (3) years of CAD experience preferred.
• Must have a High School Diploma (minimum).
• Must have strong mathematical skills.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check.
• Must pass drug and alcohol test.
• Must be dependable.
