Manufacturing Planner Sr

Job Overview

You will be the Demand Planner for the Production Planning & Control team. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining bills of material, managing material master records, coordinating engineering changes, and ensuring the production schedule meets operational requirements.

• Create and maintain all bills of material (BOM) and material master records.
• Use engineering and MRP systems to load demand and generate accurate schedules.
• Coordinate timing of engineering changes with Engineering and the Change Board Representative.
• Perform audits to verify lot‑size and lead‑time accuracy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Make/Buy/BOM Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Apriso.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).

• Ability to work with multiple levels of management, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Windchill and MPMLink experience.
• Understanding of material attributes and bill of material effectivity planning.
• Experience with engineering drawings and parts lists.
• Inventory control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping processes.

Location:

Orlando, Florida.

Work Schedule:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Security Clearance:
Requires secret clearance; candidate must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
