Digital Delivery Lead

Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Digital Delivery Lead to advance model-based design and digital delivery practices across our engineering teams. This role provides technical leadership, workflow governance, and training support to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency on transportation projects.

Location: Orlando, FL

• Lead and support digital delivery and BIM execution for roadway and infrastructure projects in alignment with DOT requirements.
• Establish, document, and govern standardized digital delivery workflows, modeling practices, and project setup standards.
• Serve as a technical subject‑matter expert for Open Roads Designer and related Bentley platforms.
• Provide targeted BIM quality control and technical support on complex or high‑risk projects.
• Develop and deliver training, guidance, and best practices to elevate technical capability across teams.
• Partner with project managers and discipline leaders to reduce rework and improve delivery consistency.
• Support automation, workflow optimization, and technology‑enabled improvements to engineering delivery.
• Provide selective model‑based visualization support for pursuits and stakeholder engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Open Roads Designer;
  Open Bridge experience a plus.
• Experience supporting or leading digital delivery/BIM efforts on transportation projects.
• Knowledge of DOT standards, work spaces, and digital submission requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor others.
