Plumbing Designer​/Engineer

As a Plumbing Designer / Engineer, you will be part of the MEP Plumbing Team in the U.S. South Sector, based in either Maitland, Florida or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Your work will focus on designing plumbing systems for Gaming, Hospitality, Entertainment, Healthcare or Commercial projects.

• Work with a senior engineer for the direction of the plumbing systems to be designed.
• Route plumbing systems and size appropriately.
• Perform load calculations and select equipment.
• Prepare schedules, details, and fixture and equipment schedules.
• Understand the scope of SD, DD, CD level documents and be able to prepare and deliver drawings at the appropriate level.
• Respond to Construction Administration items, including RFIs and submittals.
• Delegate tasks to a junior level designer.

• Ability to think in a 3D simulated environment.
• 5+ years minimum experience in plumbing design.
• Strong REVIT MEP experience.
• Engineering or Drafting Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Plumbing Engineer, AS Drafting and Design, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Great communication skills.
• EIT or PE is a plus.
