* Description:

* You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation  IT&E  Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL  Our team is responsible for executing sub system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:

- Generating and executing sub system and system level integration and test plans/procedures

- Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events

- Supporting Design Verification Tests  DVT  and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening  ESS , Electromagnetic Interference  EMI , and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures  ATP  for new hardware

- Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing

- Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile

- This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineer or Physics

- Minimum 5  years of experience in Integration and Test  I&T

- Strong understanding of test planning, test

execution, and test analysis principles

- Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test report creation

- Interim Secret Clearance required to start

Skills:

* - Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field

- Experience with Design Verification Testing  DVT , Laboratory Testing, Field Ground Testing, and/or Flight Test

- Experience with missile integration or sensor  EO/IR  integration

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL STD 810, MIL STD 461, and DO 160

- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and

tools, such as LabVIEW or Test Stand

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python

- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic

environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for

product design improvements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure

accurate and reliable test results

- Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning

- Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews  TRR/FRR

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
