Crystal Process Engineering Technician
The Crystal Process Engineering Technician will support crystal engineering team by performing technical tasks related to crystal testing, equipment maintenance, process evaluation, and documentation. This role requires hands-on involvement with multiple disciplines and contributes to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of crystal production processes.
Test various crystal products (i.e:
Filter crystals, discrete, monolithic, MRW versions as well as round blank crystals.
Repairs crystal process equipment and ensures equipment uptime.
Performs preventative maintenance tasks on key crystal processing equipment like vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, etc.
Performs screening and qualification processes such as G-sensitivity, phase noise, vibration, shock, thermal shock, etc.
Creates and updates production documentation and/or procedures assigned.
Updates production level equipment and test systems as required
Performs data collection and work towards statistical evaluation of processes
