You will be the Sr Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across AGMS programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Sr Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to guarantee quality delivery.
• Support Integrated Product Teams and production sites with analysis of quality data, yields, rework, scrap, and non-conformance trends.
• Lead corrective-action meetings, identify root-cause trends, and ensure responsible parties meet commitments.
• Participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards, dispositioning non-conforming hardware and defining containment actions.
• Perform assessments and audits to verify compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, ISO-9001/AS9100, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For…
