BIMS​/Revit Analyst

Job Description

This role is responsible for leading advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM), CAD, GIS, and digital engineering initiatives in support of airport planning, design, construction, and operations projects. The position develops and maintains parametric models, BIM standards, execution plans, and automated workflows using tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python, and custom APIs. Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility stakeholders, the role ensures compliance with industry, COBie, and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority standards while supporting Digital Twin integration, asset management, and data-driven decision-making across complex infrastructure programs.

In addition, the position provides technical leadership and hands‑on support for BIM, CAD, and GIS activities, including drafting, modeling, quality assurance reviews, geospatial database management, field verification, and utility infrastructure documentation. The role contributes to research and innovation initiatives focused on digital twins, generative design, and AI‑enabled modeling, while mentoring junior staff, developing BIM content and libraries, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting departmental projects through the delivery of accurate engineering, architectural, and geospatial data.

• 10 years in BIMs/Revit experience
• CAD experience
• Experience with Dynamo, Rhino 8, Grasshopper, Autodesk Revit, and Dynamo or other parametric design tools
