We are actively seeking an RF Engineer for planning and completion of product baseline development, integration, and verification efforts.
What You Will Be DoingThe candidate will work extensively with suppliers to develop and execute qualification testing schemes, provide requirement verification artifacts, and closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and U.S. Government representatives to ensure all requirements are met.
- Plan and execute current and future changes for product baseline development.
- Develop and execute qualification testing schemes and provide requirement verification artifacts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet requirements.
- Execute RF test activities including generation of test plans and reports.
- Perform RF requirements analyses and trade study execution.
- Complete Technical Data Packages, including specifications, interface control documents, test requirements, and software requirements.
- Develop Statements of Work and interface with subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractors from task completion to delivery of a product that meets requirements within the required timeline and budget.
- Oversee the build and assembly of hardware and test fixtures.
- Analyze test data, including signal post-processing, visualization, and comparison with modeled data.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- Position is on site full time and located at the LM-MFC Orlando, FL facility.
- Schedule:
4x10 hour day with 3 days off per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (current 5‑year background investigation).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Matlab
- RF Testing
- Familiarity with airborne RF sensors
- Linux embedded systems
- MBSE experience
- Radar Warning systems experience
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered.
