RJI Search is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer for Railway/Automated People Mover to own the technical health of electro-mechanical systems and lead resolution of complex faults. This on-site role will support day/night shifts in Orlando, with a 5% bonus and potential sign-on bonus.
You will troubleshoot, diagnose root causes, and drive reliability improvements. You’ll coordinate drawings/SOP updates with Engineering and deliver practical training to technicians and leads.
