Early Voting Field Technician

Kelly Services is currently hiring for Early Voting Technicians for this upcoming 2026 Election. This is a temporary assignment.

Pay $
15.00/hour plus overtime, plus mileage reimbursement

Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am- 5pm or until work is done. Must be able to work Overtime with little to no notice. This includes nights and weekends. 8-12 hour days

Assignment Start Date- July 31st

End date – Aug 21st

Job details-

Early Voting Technician. Set up and test equipment at Early Voting site. Monitor equipment during early voting cycle. Manage the supplies needed or issued for voting site. Deliver the voted ballots to the elections office at the end of the shift. Driving to Polling sites to provide assistance and resolve technical issues during poll worker training classes and assigned polling sites.

Requirements-

• Must have valid drivers license and vehicle to travel to polling sites. Mileage will be reimbursed
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a warehouse environment
• Competent with software:
  Windows, Word and Excel.
• Computer hardware troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Network Troubleshooting experience a plus-
• Good verbal and Written communication skills.
• Must possess working knowledge of office machines, equipment, and tools including, but not limited to: multiline phone system, computer, laptops, tablets, copier, laminator, paper shredder, imaging systems, scanners, printer, and pallet jack.
• This position also travels to and performs work offsite and various Early voting and Polling place locations.
• Requires frequent contact with business professionals, members of the public and coworkers
