- Entry-level, full-time engineering position responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business processes.
- Apply engineering principles, Lean methodologies, process mapping, data analysis, and structured problem-solving tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to document current-state processes, identify gaps, develop future-state recommendations, and support process standardization.
- Operate with guidance from the Continuous Improvement team while developing the capability to independently lead small-to-moderate improvement projects.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing, operations, and business processes.
- Facilitate process mapping activities, document current-state conditions, identify gaps, clarify roles and handoffs, and develop future-state recommendations.
- Participate in shop floor improvement meetings and project follow-up activities to drive accountability and action completion.
- Develop and maintain SIPOC diagrams, swim lane maps, process maps, standard work, work instructions, job aids, data collection templates, RASIC inputs, and visual management materials.
- Validate processes with stakeholders, identify decision points and pain points, and support standardization across teams and business units.
- Communicate project plans, improvement activities, findings, action items, risks, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions.
- Contribute to departmental and company goals while fostering a positive team environment.
- Protect confidential information and maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical discipline required.
- Entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply; internship, co-op, or project experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical documents, procedures, process maps, and standard work instructions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret process data using basic statistical methods.
