We're partnering with a growing engineering firm in Orlando seeking a proven bridge engineer with 10-15 years of experience to play a key role in the continued growth of its structures practice.
The Opportunity- $130,000-$175,000 base + performance bonus

- Lead complex, high-profile bridge and transportation projects
- Significant influence over the growth and direction of the structures team
- Mentor and develop engineers while remaining technically engaged
- Strong autonomy, minimal bureaucracy, and no micromanagement
- Collaborative, highly experienced engineering environment
- Long-term career path with substantial upside
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10-15 years of bridge/structural engineering experience
- Strong bridge design and analysis background
- Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- FDOT experience highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term leadership/ownership
Compensation: $130,000-$175,000 base + bonus + ownership potential
