Structural Engineer

Innova seeks a Structural Engineer to design and optimize the structural foundations of our cloud-based communication and customer experience platforms. You will translate complex customer and system requirements into robust, scalable architectures that ensure performance, reliability, and security. Partnering with software, infrastructure, and product teams, you'll model system structures, assess load, risk, and failure modes, and guide design decisions across the platform lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and document structural architectures for Innova's communication and CX platforms
• Perform structural and load analysis to ensure system stability, scalability, and performance
• Assess risk, reliability, and failure modes, proposing mitigations and design improvements
• Collaborate with software, cloud, and product teams to align structural design with requirements
• Develop models, diagrams, and technical documentation for platform structures and integrations
• Review designs and implementations to ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for structural or performance-related issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods, tools, and best practices at Innova
