- Apply academic education to assigned tasks on real projects of all sizes and types, from concept to completion of construction
- Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced engineers
- Learn the basics of Revit drafting and modeling
- Learn mechanical design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Learn mechanical design of plumbing systems
- Current student pursuing an ABET accredited bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering
- Desire to pursue a career in engineering consulting
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) from May through August 2026
- Computer software knowledge or ability to learn, as appropriate, including Revit and IES VE
Demonstrates foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering principles, particularly in HVAC and plumbing system design, while proficiently utilizing Revit for drafting and modeling tasks. Committed to professional development through mentorship and hands-on project experience.
