Digitalization Project Manager

In this Project Management role, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for the successful planning and execution of our site Digitalization roadmap.

You will oversee variousproject work streams, engage with internal and external partners, to ensure ourgoals and objectives are achieved, while minimizing potential risks.

On a weekly basis youwill provide a project status that will be shared with Management regarding ongoing progress.

• Direct and manage project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
• Lead and coordinate thework of project team members, including internal staff and external vendors, toensure a cohesive effort.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for all stakeholders, providing regular status updates,and facilitating project meetings.
• Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the Orion digitalization initiative in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensiveproject plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines,resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Establish clear success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes.
• Monitor and report onproject progress, risk cost, and timing, comparing actual performance against the planned baseline.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years working in a Logistics Center orsimilar high volume environment
• Strong communication & decision making skills
• Project Management certification a plus
• Knowledge of SAP systems preferred
