Take customer orders, provide pricing information, perform consultative selling, and recommend Fed Ex Office products and services;
Manage production flow to ensure production orders are done right and on time;

Set up complex orders and perform multiple tasks at the same time;
Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle financial transactions and may assist with financial reporting
