Monitor activities on the games floor (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing) to ensure stocking, cleanliness, and safety;
Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences;
Keep games and Winner's Choice stocked and clean; assist guests with point redemption;
Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests; report wear-and-tear/damage to the Technical Team;
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards; greet and engage guests as an ambassador of fun
