Overview

An Andretti Associate is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional guest service. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and in many capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner, while following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
• Assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co‑workers.
• Work as a team player in meeting guest needs, and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments.
• Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Be knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.

1+ year prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting. Excellent verbal communication skills needed. Attention to detail, guest focus, and the ability to perform duties in a fast-paced and amplified (loud) environment. Availability to work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.

• Performs functions requiring organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 30 lbs.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Busser to join the team. Experience with family entertainment centers is helpful but not required. This is a part-time role focused on anticipating guest needs and exceeding guest service expectations while maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions follow Andretti Indoor Karting & Games high standards of quality guest satisfaction.
