Seasonal Venues Entertainment Facility Worker

Job Summary

Starting Salary: $15.00.

Orlando Venues, established in 1989, serves as Central Florida’s epicenter of sports and live entertainment, hosting major events such as NFL Pro Bowl Games, Orlando Magic NBA games, bowl games, and high‑profile concerts.

• Perform semi‑skilled manual work involving event preparation, change‑over, and general maintenance of the KIA Center.
• Apply knowledge of regulations and specifications of various sports, demonstrating independent judgment and initiative.
• Perform tasks requiring above‑average physical effort, operate power tools and equipment, and work without constant supervision once tasks are learned.
• Execute other duties as assigned, including lead worker responsibilities.
• Work under moderate supervision of a Crew Leader or Supervisor; tasks are reviewed through direct observation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to sports regulations and specifications.

Hours vary; weekend, evening, and holiday hours are often required based on event schedules.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and follow instructions.
• Six (6) months of experience at an arena, stadium, or convention center recommended, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.

Part‑time position with no guarantee of a certain number of hours and no benefits.

This position involves working on a temp/seasonal contract that can be renewed annually based on performance and business needs.
