Job Description

Senior Game Product Manager – College Football Live Team. The mission is to help create the most engaging and rewarding live service experience for players. This role requires on-site hybrid work (3x per week) from our Orlando studio; remote options not available.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive and data-driven strategy for the in-game store to drive revenue, engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor store performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement; report findings to stakeholders and optimize offerings.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-game events to boost player participation and sales; analyze effectiveness and adjust strategies.
  • Translate strategic directives into objectives and key results; monitor and lead strategy around achieving results through defined KPIs.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities that provide value to players and align with company goals.
  • Partner with analytics to establish an experimentation roadmap using A/B testing and machine learning; translate outcomes into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the gaming industry, preferably in in-game store, microtransactions, or virtual economies.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and A/B testing to inform product decisions and drive optimizations.
  • Strong business acumen: ability to understand market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to develop effective store strategies and monetization models.
  • Adaptability:
    Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to evolving market trends and player needs.
