the event services specialist for small groups is responsible for planning and executing small-scale events within the theme park. This role ensures a seamless guest experience by coordinating logistics, managing client relationships, and working with internal departments to deliver memorable and high-quality events.

• oversee all aspects of small group events, from initial inquiry to event completion, ensuring smooth execution within the theme park environment.
• act as the primary point of contact for small group clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized event solutions
• coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
• work closely with internal teams (operations, entertainment, food & beverage, attractions) and external vendors to ensure all event elements align with park policies and brand standards
• assist in budget preparation, track expenses, and ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
• oversee event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
• gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.
• ensure all events comply with park safety guidelines, health regulations, and operational protocols

• bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or theme park operations preferred.
• strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• excellent communication and customer service skills, with a guest-first approach.
• ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• proficiency in event management software and microsoft office suite.
