Branch Sales Associate, Bilingual

• Provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers
• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, safely picking products, and safely loading customer vehicles
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
• Adapt communication style across email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products
• Prepare customer backorders and put away received stock
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment
• Perform inventory counts
• Navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain Grainger branch standards
• Follow safety guidelines and process standards, including wearing personal protective equipment
• Report to the Store Manager

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
• Learn and operate powered industrial equipment
• Bilingual
