Join the dynamic production team for Sea World Orlando's Howl-O-Scream event. The Production Assistant provides essential support to ensure the successful execution of various entertainment elements, from setup through show operation and strike. • Assist with the setup, operation, and strike of event production elements, including scenic pieces, props, costumes, and technical equipment.
• Provide on-site logistical support to production leads and various departments.
• Facilitate communication between production teams, talent, and other event personnel.
• Manage and organize production materials, supplies, and inventory.
• Run errands and transport necessary items across the park as directed.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including documentation and scheduling assistance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Assist with general cleanup and organization of production areas.
• Remain flexible and adapt to changing production needs and priorities.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during the event season.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking long distances, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic understanding of event production processes or willingness to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous experience in live entertainment, event production, theme park operations, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the unique demands of large-scale seasonal events, particularly Halloween-themed events.
• Basic technical skills in areas such as audio, lighting, or special effects.
• Proficiency with common office software and communication tools.
