• Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
• 3-5 years of accounting experience within third‑party property management
• Strong understanding of GAAP and monthly close processes
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar system preferred

• Oversee recurring financial activity for an assigned portfolio
• Review monthly reporting and follow up on open items or variances
• Coordinate payments with internal teams
• Assist with audit‑related requests and documentation
• Support forecasting activities and transaction‑related calculations as needed
• Act as a point of contact between accounting, operations, and external partners
• Help manage accounting transitions for new or exiting properties
• Recommend practical updates to accounting processes and reporting
• Provide day‑to‑day support to accounting staff as questions arise
• Assist with special projects and financial analysis as needed
