A fast-growing consumer business is looking for a Controller to join their finance team. The business has significant backing and is going through an exciting period of growth. This is a broad position, responsible for the general accounting functions while also providing analysis to support business leadership.

The position will lead monthly close and audit processes, be responsible for managing and developing costs, work closely with FP&A to provide accurate analysis and take on other responsibilities/projects as assigned, this is due to the particularly broad nature of this role. This role will have significant exposure to senior leadership and will partner closely with the CFO.

The business is looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-growing environment and can effectively adapt to situations as it becomes necessary. Including strong skills in stakeholder management and leadership ability. This person needs to be an effective communicator and have impeccable business judgement.

Knowledge of retail or multi-site businesses would be desirable. Experience with leading audit and the month-end close process would also be advantageous. The role is looking to pay a highly competitive salary and bonus/package, along with an impressive array of company benefits.
