- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required); MBA, CPA, or MAcc strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
- Strong foundation in financial reporting, analytics, and business process analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models supporting pricing, profitability, and operational performance.
- Intermediate SQL skills with an understanding of relational database concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial presentation development.

- Partner cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Respond to ad hoc financial and operational analyses, providing clear, data-driven insights to decision-makers.
