You will be the Finance Manager for the Development and International Cost Management team. Our team is responsible for delivering financial excellence across the JASSM program within Lockheed Martin’s Air Dominance and Strike Systems line of business.

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and program execution while ensuring strict compliance with internal and external controls.

• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost‑tracking mechanisms.
• Produce timely, accurate financial reports and analyses for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive cost‑management initiatives and support decision‑making.
• Mentor and develop finance talent, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative environment.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal financial controls and audit requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the selected candidate to be able to obtain a secret clearance.

• Prior experience working with multiple contract types and revenue recognition methodologies.
• Previous experience on DFARS EV program is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Experience using SAP.
• Prior Cost Management experience with in-depth knowledge of LM CSR process and tools, and USG contract financial reporting.
