Compliance Analyst, Finance & Banking

Overview

• This is a 3-6 month contract - with a high chance of extending or becoming Full-time.
• We are seeking recent graduates for multiple entry-level Compliance Analyst contract roles supporting large financial institutions and national mortgage lenders. You will join a team of experienced compliance professionals working on active regulatory, consumer protection, and financial crimes initiatives.
• This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to bank regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, and operational risk within highly regulated financial environments.

• Review customer files and transactions for adherence to federal consumer protection regulations
• Perform KYC and AML reviews, including customer due diligence and documentation validation
• Conduct quality control and compliance testing on processes and procedures
• Identify gaps, exceptions, and potential regulatory risks and escalate as needed
• Assist with remediation, audit support, and regulatory response projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within compliance systems
• Partner with senior compliance consultants on ongoing regulatory initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, Economics, or related field preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Interest in banking regulation, compliance, and financial crimes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and documentation review
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
