Asset Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
• Prepare quarterly internal valuations
• Perform market research for existing assets under management as well as new acquisition deals
• Conduct lease analysis during lease negotiations to assist with decision making and recommendations
• Assist asset managers in communicating with other third parties including tax consultants and auditors
• Assist in property due diligence during acquisitions and dispositions
• Responsible for asset management of office and industrial investments and development projects
• Oversee leasing teams during each stage of negotiation to best execute leasing strategies
• Oversee capital improvements and review construction loan draws/capital calls for ground-up developments
• Evaluate financing and re‑financing decisions through financial modeling and underwriting
• Review budget packages submitted by property management teams and prepare annual business plans
• Conduct asset performance and hold/sell analyses, annual review presentations, and market updates
• Maintain internal valuation and operation models and review external appraisal reports
• Perform quarterly site visits and property inspections

• Knowledge of real estate software like Yardi, Yardi Deal Manager, Loopnet, Crexi, Costar, etc.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfort with multitasking.
• Powerful sales skills.
• Ability to work independently.
