Role Overview
- Prepare budget, forecast and research variance analysis
- Review actual to budget and discuss variances with Senior Mgmt.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable Dept. to improve processes.
- Monitor cash payments to key vendors.
- Prepare monthly Management Financial Summary for Senior Mgmt and Board.
- Identify and drive cost savings initiative.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational, accounting and financial processes.
