Position: Travel and Expense  Analyst
At-a-Glance:

Position Type:
  • Contract
  • Hybrid (Hybrid Mon-Wed in Office, Thurs - Fri WFH)
Required:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must have experience in:
    • Travel & Expense
    • Auditing Expense Reports
    • Concur
  • 3+ years of professional accounting and auditing experience.
  • Highlight organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Sound work ethic and high degree of integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment with competing, multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and planning skills.
  • Timely completion of assigned training requirements per role and responsibilities.
  • Able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Excellent Self-Management skills: self-motivated, calm under pressure, positive outlook, honest and exhibits self-control.
  • Relationship management skills - motivates others, active team building, and collaborates with others.
  • Excellent understanding of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) policies, instructions, guidance documents, and internal controls.
  • Intermediate Excel level (i.e., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance workflow and process improvements. SOP maintenance.
  • Enforcement of internal controls and SOX requirements to protect against fraudulent activities and report identified discrepancies to management.
  • Excellent time-management skills and work under minimal supervision in fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively and efficiently research and resolve issues.
  • Timely and accurate response to help desk inquiries.
  • Assist with resolving aged items.
  • Liaise with internal / external business partners performing routine audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality related to investigative audits.
  • Additional tasks and projects may be assigned.
