Summary:
As a General Ledger, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current bank reconciliations for each banking account for all Rosen Hotels and Golf.
• Responsible for the accurate input of all journal entries about all Rosen Hotels and Golf.
• To complete the redistribution of specific general ledger accounts for all Rosen properties.
• Distribute specified copies of financial statements.
• Maintain account reconciliation on specific general ledger accounts for all Rosen properties.
• Act as the account payable and payroll specialist for reconciliation purposes.
• Maintain and oversee account reconciliation on balance sheet/general ledger accounts.
• Create journal entries in Visual One Accounting.
• Responsible for Rosen Accounting, monthly and annual closings.
• Independent analysis of financial data to advise management.
• Identify inefficiencies in the month-end close process and help find solutions for correction.
• Special assignments as requested by management.

Experience/

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related experience and/or training required
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
