• Perform detailed financial analysis and support monthly reporting processes
• Build and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and data-driven reports
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, and operational performance metrics
• Partner cross-functionally to interpret results and provide meaningful insights
• Support data validation, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills required (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups; macros a plus)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical reasoning
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational teams
