Senior Investment Analyst

The Senior Investment Analyst supports All Gen’s investment management process through in-depth research, portfolio monitoring, and implementation support. This role works closely with the Chief Investment Officer to identify investment opportunities, manage risk, and support performance relative to benchmarks.

• Conducting market, fund, and asset-class research
• Performing manager due diligence and investment analysis
• Monitoring portfolios and completing attribution analysis
• Supporting asset allocation decisions and model portfolio implementation
• Producing timely market insights for advisors and clients
• Mentoring and supporting the Trader and/or Junior Analysts
• Helping ensure operational excellence and adherence to compliance standards

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role with the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and grow over time within a collaborative investment team.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, or related work
• Strong understanding of markets, asset allocation, and risk management
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• CFA, CMT, or meaningful progress toward one of these designations strongly preferred

Salary range: $90,000–$110,000, plus attractive benefits, with eligibility for bonus and long-term equity ownership potential.
