Overview

Position Summary: At ABM Industries, the Business Manager plays a critical role in supporting financial operations across multiple service locations. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, strategic planning, and budget management while partnering with operational leaders to drive cost-saving initiatives and business growth.

Pay: $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight & Reporting
    • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
    • Prepare and submit professional-level reports, forecasts, and correspondence.
    • Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and manage budgets.
    • Support forecasting activities and variance analysis.
    • Update 12-month forecasts quarterly and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Compliance & Controls
    • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
    • Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
  • Business Partnering
    • Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to align financial goals.
    • Assist in developing new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Experience in facilities services or multi-site operations.
  • Familiarity with P&L management, cost control, and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
