Financial Management Senior member, serving in a Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. This highly visible position requires significant interaction with Program, Finance, and Corporate Leadership, and the Customer. Our team drives financial excellence and supports program success.
Responsibilities- Establish and monitor program budgets, track costs, and monitor funding requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis, develop variance explanations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain the Earned Value System and associated logs.
- Interact with program and financial management personnel to ensure compliance with company processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience/knowledge with Earned Value Management.
- Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash Consolidation and CSR/LRP process.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Adaptability to change and digital transformation.
- Active Secret clearance with an investigation within the past five years.
- Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business‑related Bachelor's degree with professional experience and/or related master's degree.
Desired
Skills:
- Experience developing CSRs with multiple contract types and scopes.
- Extensive knowledge of MFC Financial Tools (EFS, SAP).
- Experience implementing DFAR EVMS and independently leading a business rhythm.
- Experience developing compliant customer reports to include IPMR, CFSRs, LCCE, and CSDRs.
- Action‑oriented, ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organization skills.
Secret clearance with investigation or Charter Visa date within five years. Must be a U.S. citizen.
