Budget Analyst; Security Clearance

Position: Budget Analyst (5683) with Security Clearance
Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Budget Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and program cost management activities in Orlando, Florida

Position Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and cost estimates for programs and projects
* Support preparation of cost estimates, projections, and rough order of magnitude analyses
* Track and manage financial documentation, agreements, and approval processes
* Monitor budget execution, spending plans, and financial performance across programs
* Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking funding, obligations, and expenditures
* Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention
* Support development and maintenance of program budgets and financial forecasts
* Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support cost-effective decision-making
* Review contracts, financial systems, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial status and funding requirements
* Assist with estimating costs for ongoing and future program activities
* Support workforce and resource planning through financial analysis and projections
* Track and analyze planned versus actual expenditures and resource utilization
* Identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations to leadership
* Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and financial records

Position Requirements
* U.S. Citizenship is required
* Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
* Must be able to pass Agency background check
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
