Residential Mortgage Disclosure Desk Analyst

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Disclosure Desk Analyst to support our compliance and disclosure operations within the residential mortgage process. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant loan disclosures while working closely with sales staff, loan originators, and internal teams to maintain regulatory standards and provide a smooth borrower experience.

Disclosure Desk Analysts should have 2–5 years of experience in mortgage compliance support and residential mortgage disclosures. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to produce quality work within established time frames, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Encompass is preferred. Depending on the candidate’s location and proximity to the office, this position may be structured as either hybrid or fully remote.

This role is responsible for the following tasks:

Initial Disclosures
  • Monitor Disclosure Queue for required RESPA disclosures
  • Run Mavent prior to all disclosures leaving Acrisure Mortgage
  • Send e‑disclosures to clients at the direction of the licensed loan originators along with checklists, instructions, corporate communications
  • Work with Encompass Support with e‑disclosure issues
  • Closely monitor pipelines for any Manual Reviews that come back from automation
Change in Circumstance
  • Monitor CIC Queue for needed disclosures including lock‑in disclosures
  • Review all lock confirmations to ensure loans are re‑disclosed properly within time frames
  • Review all changes to determine whether or not revised disclosures are necessary
  • Review all calculated fees for each change in circumstance (i.e. Loan Amount Increase)
  • Issue revised disclosures to customer at the direction of the licensed loan originator. Retain communication in file.
  • Document CIC in all files
