Description
You will be the Finance Analyst for the Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial analysis to support Program Management through managing multiple contracts and ensuring programs meet their financial, schedule, and contractual requirements.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Finance Analyst you will manage contracts through cost‑management efforts, establish program cost baselines, support Estimate at Complete analyses, and provide clear financial insight to drive program success.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create, maintain, and track program budgets for accurate financial reporting and funding analysis.
- Coordinate the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting, forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash.
- Manage contracts through cost‑management; process invoices, address financial issues, monitor expenditures, and support ad‑hoc reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance—to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze performance using Earned Value Management System to highlight cost and schedule performance, Variance at Complete and Estimate at Complete data.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related degree
- Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances
- Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Demonstrates analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Adapt to change and digital transformation
- Knowledge of quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, including program Risks & Opportunities and experience with Contract Status Reporting (CSR)
- Experience with financial tools including SAP, MFC Electronic Financial Systems (EFS), MFC Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE), MFC Billings and Oracle LM Financials
- Awareness of 1
LMX initiatives to include COBRA & Oracle - Knowledge of Direct Contracts:
Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts - Displays exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
