FP&A Analyst
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, established organization in a highly visible FP&A role. The FP&A Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide meaningful financial insights that help guide strategic and operational decisions.
You’ll play a key role in planning, reporting, and analysis—helping translate data into actionable recommendations that impact business performance.

- Support the annual budgeting process, operating plan, and ongoing forecasts
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and key insights
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and provide analytical support to finance and treasury teams
- Track and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Build financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to communicate results and provide financial guidance
- Assist with audit requests and other internal and external reporting needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Exposure to ERP systems, planning tools, or BI platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities
