Client Associate

Your role

We're looking for a client associate to:

* Help support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience

* Direct contact with sophisticated high and ultra-high net worth clients including executives, business owners, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing (general account queries, service requests, investment orders, distributions, etc.)

* Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities

* Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

* Maintain a client matrix for scheduling and follow up with clients and prospects

* Manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results

* Educate clients on comprehensive account services and capabilities of the team

* Plan, create and implement team marketing events and marketing materials

Your expertise

* Client service experience within the finance, hospitality or similar industries.

* Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure

* Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities

* Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands`

* Preferably already Registered and Licensed with FINRA - SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 or is willing to obtain within 6 months of hire

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Bachelor Degree preferred
