You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Advanced Programs Finance organization. Our team is responsible for delivering disciplined financial oversight and collaborating with program leadership, finance leadership, and customers to drive financial excellence. What You Will Be Doing As a Financial Management Sr you will support day-to-day execution activities required to report financials for various contracts, perform financial consolidation, and provide planning and analysis for program areas.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Support financial consolidation activities and key deliverables such as Monthly Outlooks and Contract Status Reports (CSRs).
* Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment for various contracts.
* Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders while maintaining compliance with internal and external policies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of program finance business rhythm activities
• Experience with quarterly Contract Status Review Process
Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex financial models, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desired

Skills:

• SAP S/4, LM Financials and COBRA knowledge
• Program FP&A experience (Monthly Outlooks, LRP)
• Ability to work independently on numerous concurrent deliverables under tight deadlines
• Strong Presentation skills Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
