Description

You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Financial Management Team. Our team is responsible for financial analysis, cost management, production operations oversight, and quality business operations.

As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for leading financial analysis and guiding cost strategies across the program.

• Perform lead‑level financial analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
• Oversee production operations and quality business operations, ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Manage estimating, cost prevention, and administration activities for the program.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interface regularly with other sites.
• Travel occasionally to support site‑specific initiatives and stakeholder engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, primarily focusing on Excel.
• Self‑starter who can work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

• Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM) at LM.
• Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems.
• Cost management and estimating experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of general production and quality processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating.

Position requires a government security clearance. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
