Must currently reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater San Antonio area.
This Revenue Manager opportunity offers the chance to join a rapidly growing multifamily real estate organization in a highly visible role supporting portfolio performance, pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and asset value creation.
The Revenue Manager will partner directly with Operations, Asset Management, and Executive Leadership to drive performance across a portfolio of market-rate multifamily communities. This role provides exposure well beyond traditional pricing, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, participate in portfolio-level decision-making, and develop into future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager• Develop and execute revenue strategies across a portfolio of multifamily assets
• Analyze occupancy trends, leasing performance, renewal conversions, and market conditions to maximize portfolio performance
• Build and maintain revenue plans, forecasts, and performance reporting for assigned communities
• Partner directly with Regional Property Managers and Operations teams to align pricing and leasing strategies
• Monitor market conditions, competitive positioning, and pricing trends across assigned markets
• Lead recurring portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations to improve revenue and asset performance
• Support lease-up communities through pricing strategy, performance monitoring, and market analysis
• Manage new lease pricing and renewal strategies across assigned assets
• Present recommendations and performance updates to leadership teams
• Translate operational and financial data into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications for the Revenue Manager• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, revenue strategy, or portfolio analytics
• Current multifamily industry experience required
• Experience supporting market-rate apartment communities strongly preferred
• Experience analyzing occupancy, leasing performance, pricing strategy, and portfolio KPIs
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with Yardi, Real Page, Entrata, CoStar, LRO, Yield Star, or similar multifamily platforms preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to operational and executive stakeholders
