Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the FP&A Analyst Role

A growing organization in the Orlando area is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with leadership to provide insights that drive business performance.

This FP&A Analyst role offers strong exposure to strategic initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to decision-making within a fast-paced environment. The FP&A Analyst will gain hands-on experience across core financial processes and analytics.

Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst

As the FP&A Analyst, you will:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Perform variance analysis and provide insight into financial performance
Prepare monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards
Analyze trends and identify risks and opportunities for leadership
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting
Assist with month-end analysis and financial review processes
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications for FP&A Analyst

The ideal FP&A Analyst will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Experience with ERP systems or BI tools is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications for FP&A Analyst

Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Experience supporting business decision-making through analytics
